At this point the tiger population is so low that it would not be any different than if everything stayed the same.

They have no role in control of the ecological cycle of any environment. I think even the prey they catch are artificially inducted into their ecosystem by humans.

Not much. There would be more of what ever animals they ate. I think we need to get several samples of DNA from animals before they go extinct so we can clone them in the future.
