your question makes no sense to me, but I'll guess what you might be after
meters and centimeter are SI units
degrees farenheit and feet, are English units
so, degrees farenheit go with feet more naturally than with meters or centimeters but you can use either temperature units with either distance units if you want

That doesn't make sense to me. How are you trying to relate temperature and distance?
