Your question is confusing but I think the answer you are looking for is Celsius.

your question makes no sense to me, but I'll guess what you might be after

meters and centimeter are SI units

degrees farenheit and feet, are English units

so, degrees farenheit go with feet more naturally than with meters or centimeters but you can use either temperature units with either distance units if you want

Meters and centimeters are metric units.

Feet and Farenheit are English.
