Pregnancy - November 2006

Does anyone know any amazing stories about how women never knew they were pregnant or that they went on their full term pregnancy and never knew it? Is there any websites or anywhere I could find them?

Even during my sleep. For example, When the telephone rings, when someone calls me, when I drope something and those little things. I was always like that, but since i am pregnant I notice that I do it more. I just want to know if i am harming the baby. I am not stressed but very happy that I am pregnant. I had a miscarraige. ( Maybe that 's the reason) I don't know why i do so, get scared for anything. HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS?

Ok so I am now 7 weeks w/ my 3rd. And for the past 7 or 8 days have had terriable heartburn and vommiting. And accordining to my OB I am border line "too thin" and he did not want to see a single pound lost. So this week sice I can't keep a d*mn thing down I did not go to the gym and have been trying to drink my hubbys card drinks that are loaded w/ carlories fat vitamins etc. (Ob said they were safe to drink when preg. with my son) Anyway I somehow lost 10 lbs & have to see my OB Friday morning & I know he is going to harp on the weight, so I am dreading the appt. Should I call tommorow & talk to the nurse or just explain to him Friday. I am pretty nervious I know he is going to be mad, so any advice is welcome, Thanks in advance

It appears as though this female friend of mine is saying that I may have gotten her pregnant. we had sex on 21 Nov and she claims her missed period is supposed to be around the 26th or 27th (but she doesnt know very well either). so if she is pregnant right now, can a test be done to pinpoint the date of coneception? i had protected sex and did not include ejaculation at all...i want to be able to say "hey the test says you conceived on this date and we had sex on the 21st..."

I am on birth control pills but only for 5 weeks now i had unprotected sex 1 week after starting the pills i had what you may call a period last week it was a small gush of blood that lasted about an hour and then it was over now i feel like im getting the flu i have achy muscles headaches feel like im going to throw up but do not a mix of diarrhea or constipation lower left stomach pain like period cramps almost and i am extremely tired i sleep like 14 hours a day usually only 7 my boobs are really sore in the morning then they are fine all day i also have a loss of appetite i feel sick if i eat could someone please give me any reasons for all this

Under belly or over belly pants/capri's?

I am getting married in July, and I dont want to get pregnant. I have been thinking about contraceptive methods and it appears to me that pills may be the best for me. I have never had sex before but I will be having regular sex after marriage. When should I start the pills to be safe?

I am having my first baby in April. I know it is a girl and she is kicking really good. I feel almost as though I am in a fog though. The pregnancy feels very real to me but the birth and after seems like a dream. I am 20 and mature, I think anyways, but when I picture holding the baby for the first time it's almost like I am seeing a child holding a child or something. Anyone else feel this and how did it go after the birth. I am very excited but I wonder if this feeling is a bad sign?

I really want to have a nother baby, my son is 4 yrs old and i believe that i'm ready, i dream about babies all the time and i go nuts over seeing little babies in the grocery store. my only problem is, i think i may have endometriosis and i know this can cause infertility. i am only 23 and don't think i can handle a doctor teling me i can never have another child, it will absolutely devestate me. i love my son to peices and he deserves to have a sibling to grow up with. i feel like a failure as a woman. its always been my dream to have two kids and i feel that i'm being cheated. i loved being pregnant and want more that anything to experience that wonderful feeling at least once more time in my life - -scared and alone

my period was due the 17th but didnt come and i also had a light brown spotting on like the 20th. i have sore breast and they seem to be a little bigger. my biggest problem is i have had diarrhea for like a week has anone else had this experience and is it a result of pregnancy.

okay me and my fiance are trying to conceive,wellwe had sex on my most fertile days the 14th 15th 16th and 17th day and like 2 days later i got my period??!!??but its not supposed to come for eight more days?? could i still be pregnant and my body might have not registered that i was pregnant and thats why i had my period??but i had some clots with it but thats ussually normal for me.when should i test?could i be pregnant???

Here's the story: I met with this female friend last monday evening for intercourse. I wore a condom (that did not break) and I did not c*m; in fact, I have never been able to c*m with a condom on. So she calls me this weekend to tell me that she missed her period which she thinks (go figure) was supposed to be this past Fri or Sat (and she's not postive herself). And it wouldn't surprise me if she has maybe slept with someone else earlier this month (although she claims she didn't). Instinctively I feel as though I can't get her pregnant.

Status: She continues to believe that she probably is pregnant. My question is: am I able to count the days somehow to determine if (assuming she is pregnant) it is in fact my child? If I know we had intercourse last monday...? I am wondering if there is some method to count days in the cycle to determine the date of conceiving versus pregnancy timing...I am in serious panic mode. Thanks in advance! (also, how soon can she take the test)

My brother and sis in law are about 7 weeks along. They are not sure if they are having one, twins or more. Very good chance at least twins, as she took fertility drugs and had 5 eggs that could be fertilized. Like I said, about 7 weeks and her whole body has changed. Big boobs, hips bigger and a big bump in tummy. She was not tiny to begin with but certianly looks pregnant now. Do you start to show sooner if it's twins or more? They will not know for sure until she has an appointment in Jan.

I'm having a boy (So the ultrasound says... I know they aren't ALWAYS right) but I just wanted to know if there were any wive's tales or anything on ways you could tell if you were having a boy or a girl. My friend is also pregnant and she doesn't know what she's having yet, so we thought this might be fun.
