Frankly, there is not enough information for even a good guess. Some women do have an increase in discharge while others don't. Think about if there are any other symptoms: itching, burning, discomfort during sex, unusual odor, or a foul odor, especially following sex. If you have any of these symptoms it could be an infection. Keep in mind that some women get infections and don't have symptoms. Bacterial vaginosis frequently has no symptoms other than lots of discharge, although it quite commonly smells pretty bad following sex.
You really should discuss this with your OB or midwife. Some infections can be passed to the baby during birth. Others, such as bacterial vaginosis, have been implicated in premature rupture of the membranes. It is really best to get this checked out. Hopefully you will find that it is nothing at all.
Good luck,
Claudine Crews CPM, LM

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have noticed an increase in discharge also. I asked my doctor and she said it is common at the end of the pregnancy as long as it is not foul smelling. It could just mean you are getting closer to delivery. Just speak with your doctor to be on the safe side. Congratulations.

It kinda sounds like you have a yeast infection. Yeast infections are very common during pregnancy. Make an appointment with you OB/Gyn to make sure. If it is use Monistat 7. You can buy it over the counter.

if you are having no symptoms with it then yes, it is normal. You are going to notice more of the lotion like discharge the further into your pregnancy you get. After delivery I was still getting the lotion discharge but it stunk like cauliflower no matter how much I washed, this was after the bleeding stopped.

It sounds like it's normal. If it's bloody or smells foul, it might be a problem. Just ask your doctor on your next appointment if you're concerned. Good luck in your pregnancy!

sounds like primary fluids. that is why they make panty liners because women individuals have this. no matter if it really is amazingly milky, and receives thick like cottage cheese you may want to be checked for a accessible yeast an infection.
