Me and my fiance are pregnant! We dont know the sex yet but so far we have picked out....

Jasmine Lanea for a girl
and
Quenton Michael for a boy.

Lanea, is our moms middle names put together, and Michael is my dads middle name.

I can't stand that people try to be so unique and different when naming their children. That's not to say that people should all name their kids Aidan, Braeden, Riley, Madison, etc. Those names are tooooo trendy. I'm just wondering why people don't go with nice, normal, real names. I feel bad for the kids that have to grow up with these crazy names.

My first son we choose between Jamison and Cameron. (Husband is James, who goes by Jamie). We thought he looked like a Cam, so he is Cameron Ryan. My second son, is coming in March and the name we like is Jamison Brody. We will call him Brody. I don't want it to hurt my older son's feelings when they are older, is this silly?

I'm not pregnant or anything. I'm fifteen years old :)
But I'm writing (another) fictional story set in the Vietnam War era and can't decide on a character's name. She's currently living in northern New York but I haven't decided her original nationality or race or anything. She's about twenty-five.
