Haley Brooke
It's okay. I actually don't mind Haley/Hayley/Hailey, but its current popularity and various spellings turn me off a bit. I do, however, still find similar Halle/Hallie an intriguing option (though I'll admit, I do prefer it as a nickname). Also -- and this is just me -- I don't love the flow of "Haley Brooke," since the -ey ending of Haley makes it sound a bit like a description. A "haley" brook. ;) Not that it actually means anything, but it gives the name a sort of "phrasey-ness" that I don't particularly care for.
Morgan Paige
While I still love Morgan for a boy, I find it a bit too trendy/overused for a girl at the moment. I'd personally stick with the strictly-feminine Morrigan or Morgana forms. Paige has simply never appealed. I think of the haircut, piece of paper and, mainly, a young boy assisting a knight. How that is in any way an interesting feminine choice (especially given its dated filler middle name status) is beyond me.
Kyra(Keer-ah) Jade
Ciara is a fine name. All its Anglicizations (Kiera, Kiera, etc.) and outright misspellings are getting tiresome, however. Also, Kyra seems easily the most problematic of the bunch, since it IS a name in its own rite, but properly said KIE-ra (it stems from Cyrus). And even if it is being considered as an English form of the Celtic name, the Ky- beginning blend still clearly indicates a KIE pronunciation. Akin to Kyle, Kyla, Kyler, Kylie, etc. ... all very familiar KIE names, to put it mildly. If Ciara doesn't appeal, perhaps Kira would. It's used as an Anglicization of Ciara AND happens to be the Russian form of Kyra ... but actualy said KEE-rah. Just seems to clarify the pronunciation a bit. Jade is not my style at all. Far too modernly-overused a filler middle name, to be honest. And oddly enough, many using it see it as a "fresh" alternative to "overused" Jane -- which is, in fact, quite uncommon at the moment. Barely even in the top 500, whereas Jade has been in or around the top 100 for years! So one of those already-overused but mistakenly assumed "new" choices. Not my style.
Hope that helps.

I like Kyra Jade but you might want to pick a different spelling. It will mos tlikely get mispronouced quite a bit otherwise. Kira would be better. But then again, spell it however you'd like...it's your baby girl!
