I love Sebastian and as a middle i likeOrion! Although all the boys names you have are very nice and quite unique!
For a girl i like the idea of Victoria being shortened to Tori. Makes a change from Vicki and i also like the name Katie.
Middle- well my daughter is called Ellie so id have to go with your choice of Elle but i also love Madison.

Out of the boys names, I love Sebastian (one of my all time favourite names), and I also like Graham...not really a fan of the rest of the names listed. And as for the middle names, I really only like Thomas and Shaun...so I'd pair them this way: Sebastian Thomas and Graham Shaun.
As for the girls names, I like Alissa, Addison and Isabelle (I don't like the name Evangeline at all...and Emerson and Blake both sound like boys names). For the middle names, I like Madison and Nicole. So I'd pair those like this: Alissa Nicole, Isabelle Madison, or Addison Nicole.
Overall, I think you guys have some really nice names picked out...they're not weird far out there kind of names, which is what I really like about them.

Sebastian Leo is my favorite choice, too! I also like: Graham Thomas, Leo Calvin and Marcus Shaun.
Evangeline Nicole is my favorite girl combo. I also love: Victoria Brie, Alissa Nicole, and Isabelle Madeleine (alternative to Madison).

Out of the boys names I like Xavier. I also like Marcus and I like the middle name Shaun which could be put together. Marcus Shaun. Out of the girls names I like Evangeline, Katie and Addison. I am not in much favor of any of the girl middle names there.
