Baby Names - November 2007

My sister has three children, all with Italian names, since they have Italian heritage. Two daughters..Sofia, Isabella, and a son Dominic. What is another beautiful sounding Italian name for a girl? They are expecting soon, and we have been brainstorming but no great ideas. I know the name Marie is out, because it has already been used many times in our family.

Okay. So my name is Cavilynn Estel Sonderez. I hate it so much. Cavilynn is so odd. I like different, but this is like OMG. Also, everybody calls my Cavy, THAT'S THE SHORTENED SCIENTIFIC NAME FOR A GUINEA PIG! And my middle name HORID! Why do parents play with our names. My sisters name's are Kayleen Marie, Laena Seara, Shana Lynn and then me. I feel like I'm the worst name out of the bunch. I'm 14. I've tryed to get people to call me Lynn, but it hasn't caught on. Here is a list of names that we have come up...most of the names having meaning to us....they are either names that we really like...or family names.

I am still looking for names for my baby girl due in Jan. It's giving me a headache, and I can't seem to find something permanent.
I recently came up with Nya Milan.
I am also considering Serenity as a middle name.
I don't want something ghetto, but I also don't want too plain of a name. Was also considering a biblical name. Please help.
Other names that I am considering: Nyla, Naarai (pronounced Nuh-rye), Kamora.

I was just wondering why so many people are jumping on the bizarre name bandwagon. I've always loved good traditional names. Why would you choose a name that has 17 different spellings, or even one that is SO popular at the moment that your child will have 4 other kids in his/her class with the same name? Any baby names will do. I would like to somehow combine our names. Which are ashley dawn and william dean. The last name will be ault. We are not yet sure what we are having i find out in about two more weeks but i would like to start thinking of names. Okay - I'm going to try this again and I guess I need to be really specific. I'm not asking for you to tell me how you hate the names or how they sound like a western movie. I really hate answers that aren't relevant to the question. Come on people!!!

I dont like Jaden, Aiden, Caden, Braden or Makayla or any form of those names. Also none of those weird spellings to substitue a "unique" name. I like strong names with strong meanings. I picked out Phoenix and Maverick. So good middle names and other names would be helpful. Just looking for something a little different than your ordinary "ashley and michael"

Im thirty six weeks pregnant with a little girl. Her name is going to be Clarabel (Going to call her Bel). We picked out this name because we asked our 2 year old Thomas the tank engine enthusiast what we should name the new baby. At first he said PERCY! then we told him a girl name and he was like CLARABEL! So there we have it. Clarabel.

My other childrens names are Ella Margaret (5) and Miles Clark (2)

My husband wanted to name our baby after his Father if it is a boy and I flat out said no because I do NOT like it. He already has a brother named after him. So finally, we both agreed on the name Cole. So now we're to girls names. I like names that are different and my husband does not like ANY of the names on my list. Here's the list:
