How can conservatives possibly with a straight face buy into the spin that questioning or diagreeing with your govt's actions is unpatriotic when that was one of the foundations of this country and is in fact one of the main freedoms that our troops are fighting to protect at this very moment?

Whatever Jack Straw says, I appreciate people with a body language that is open. No hiding behind veils of secrecy.

"He lies with an open face. Is he an idiot or a practiced actor con-artist?"

It is ironic that the liberals blame Bush for giving american jobs away when it was Clinton that sent the jobs away to mexico under the NAFTA agreement and then to china when He strived to get them the most favored nation trading status. Now the democrates are campaigning saying Bush and the Republicans gave the jobs away.

A team of American and Iraqi epidemiologists estimates that 655,000 more people have died in Iraq since coalition forces arrived in March 2003 than would have died if the invasion had not occurred.

Source: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/10/10/AR2006101001442.html

President Bush and his administration claimed that Saddam Hussein was an immediate threat to the United States. The country had weapons of mass destruction and could use them against America or give them to terrorist groups. The White House talked about mushroom clouds. As we know now, neither nuclear weapons nor poison gas nor germ weapons existed or were being built. There was no immediate threat. Rather than admit they made a mistake, the Administration has argued that Saddam was a brutal dictator and that the Iraqi people are better off without him.

Given an estimated 665,000 Iraqi deaths since the invasion, ARE THE IRAQI PEOPLE BETTER OFF?

The world will implode if we blindly follow US.

Look how race relations have dramatically declined in UK since all this started.

With all the Democrats whining about an exit plan it didn't take long to think well in WWI or WWII did the Congress say, "Lets wrap this up on this day and time. That way our enemy knows when we're leaving"

WWI - No exit plan
WWII - No exit plan
Korea - No exit plan
Vietnam - No exit plan
Somalia - No exit plan

Pattern here libbies? Now stay on topic here. Why do you insist on an exit plan when clearly our nation has never had one in any conflict? How does it benefit us as a nation to tell our enemy, "This day and time we're leaving"

Stay on topic now libbies. No conspiracy theories

Here we have one of the biggest supporters of the Clinton Impeachment trials for "perjury and obstruction of justice" now calling perjury and obstruction a "technicality" since it is a reboob under fire! And she says it's "unfair" to drag someones name through the newspapers. I love republicans they're such easy targets because of their ignorance.

By the way the whole indictment on Clinton was about perjury and obstruction, she's such a lying hypocrite!

If your in Texas vote for Barbara Ann Radnofsky!!!!!!

Get this lying H0 out of office!

Ok. Let’s just say that for 8 years he did do nothing to stop terrorists. Like you guys say he just sat there. All right if there is a REMOTE chance of this being true. Let’s say it is true for the sake of the argument. Then how come when you guys elected your “Brave, War” president Bush, he didn’t spring into action to correct what Bill did wrong and keep us safe? It is well know that Bill Clinton warned Bush of Osama and Al Quaida. And he left office leaving Dick Clarke (a capable anti- terrorist expert with this knowledge) to help Bush. But Bush did nothing. Why?

This is a quote from the new leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq. He promises that the insurgency is about to take an upward turn, thereby endangering the troops further.

Isn't it time Bush accepted the folly of the Invasion and brought home the military?

Im REAL tired of hear all you conservative extremists preach about your hero Bush. The man has done nothing for this country except contribute over 5 TRILLION to our national debt, as well as starting a pointless war in which 2500 americans have died. not to mention 60000 innocent civilians. But you know what? If thats what the "people" want, (by people I mean the trailer park trash right wing war mongering Bush tools and Big corporations blinded by the big pay checks.) then I guess thats the way things are going to be..... But as soon as people realize that there CAN be peace without war (contrary to what conservatives will have you think, things will start getting better...hopfully. And if ANYONE has the audacity to mention 9/11, know this. I was there. I am a new yorker. I know the pain better than anyone who wasnt directly involved. so dont dare come at me with that. excuse my misspellings, im a bit frustrated.

why can't they just admit defeat and regroup for the next election. Why do they have to whine and complain for years about things that THEY THINK happened in the past. Is it because they have to work on the weak-minded liberals emotions, rather than using logic and facts.
