n wht happened to that racist bimbo cynthia whtever her name was, shes the dumbest thing ever, how ever did she even get elected? she deserves to get jailed? did she get off free? when zsa zsa did the same she went to jail, i dont think just cause shes a congresswoman she shouldnt pay for her crimes...being in , congress she shoudl set an example n start actign like a , professional n not some nut job.. always whining about discrimination.......someone shoudl slapp her silly a million times

We hate and are against slavery but the war wasn't about slaves. My family said you can hate slavery but still remain loyal to your nation. If children are our future then why are the people who have the biggest influence on them outside their parents not paid more than a pittance? We pay entertainers enormous sums. It does seem like our priorities are in balance.

I can understand why everyone wants to know, do convicted Pedophiles and Child Molesters live near me and my kids
but why isn't there a tracking system for child killers?
the man who murdered my son will be set free in Oct. but once he's out there is no one ever going to keep track of him.
I mean would you like him living next door to you?
He never had an excuse other than he wanted to see what happened when the shotgun went off.
so again why is a person like this not kept track of and parents warned if he moves next to you?
is he less of a danger than a rapist?

We see this in the way that we can no longer have christmas party's, they are reffered to as holiday party's. Somebody has a cross on his private land and he is sued for it's removal...even though it's been up for 40 years..
Some one is upset because of a word used or not refering to them as a manager instead of a personger....come on has this gone on long enough?
Is this a Liberal thing?

I get the feeling that the original aim for the UK was to get everyone using Km instead of miles as they do in many euro countries. In school we learnt about cm instead of inches and grams instead of lbs unlike the older generations, but we still use mph for speeds, stones and pounds for weighing ourselves and feet and inches for personal height. Because of this mess up I use metric for small distance measurements and imperial for long measurements. I guess people never fully took to it and felt a bit forced. I cant imagine people down the pub being too happy ordering 568ml instead of a pint!

First, dont say that Dems blindly follow all their reps; anyone listening to Air America or reading mags like Nation or know about the Lieberman senate race would know that. SO - What does it take? Bush personally closing the place where you work and sending the jobs overseas? Forging checks in your name? Gas going up to $5 a gallon? Getting drunk, get in his car and hit somebody? Dropping a few nukes? Finding out he really doesn't believe in God? OR are you such a 'True Believer' that you would follow Bush right down into the bunker with him and Eva Braun?

This is not satire. I am trying to discover. What was the reason that the UN decided to create this state. It would be idael if someone who was alive back then or someone who is more of a history buff than me could answer. The present site of the state of Isreal is historically not the same as the biblical state of Isreal. The occupation of Palastine land by Isreal is certainly a naked injustics ,hence can there be peace without justics? Why did American government make it there responsibility to defend injustics and at the sametime claim to be promoting democracy?
