We see this in the way that we can no longer have christmas party's, they are reffered to as holiday party's. Somebody has a cross on his private land and he is sued for it's removal...even though it's been up for 40 years..
Some one is upset because of a word used or not refering to them as a manager instead of a personger....come on has this gone on long enough?
Is this a Liberal thing?

The term "political correctness" has taken on such a negative connotation that it is no longer politically correct. For future reference "political correctness" shall be referred to as Ambiguous Inoffensive Alternative Speech.

Have the emotionally appropriate day of your choosing!

No, extreme political correctness is a moronic thing. It is an extreme left ideal that all Americans will one day become autonomous drones with no allowable differences and being under complete gov't control. We are deteriorating into a blob of boring, undynamic people who can no longer be proud of our heritage or our beliefs and we now fear to offend anyone, all to conform to a minority of people.

PC does not allow people to speak their mind because it may be hurtfull speech. But this is America and we have freedom of speech which is only enforced when in agreement with liberal views.

It is absolutely not a liberal thing-liberals believe in freedom of speech, even if they don't agree with what your saying... It's a conservative thing-100%, why do you think i they can't say $hit on TV, because of the FCC-run by who? The conservative government, i rest my case.
