If Osama is caught he should be tried the same way Saddam Hussein was, and then given his sentence. No he should not go to Guantanamo Bay. But this doesn't matter anyway, as we are no longer looking for him-just ask the president, "I don't really think about him (OBL) too much anymore."
If he is caught though, and proven to have actually been responsible for 9/11 i think that he should go on a national tour, where every man, woman, and child born on 9/11/01 or before should get a free punch.

If Osama Bin Laden is caught? are you serious? the US know exactly where he is! they are prolonging and delaying his capture so they would have the right to go into countries such as Afghanistan/Pakistan and others. the US can arrest him now if they wanted to..Its all planned out from day one. Osama Bin Laden and Sadam Hussein were agents for the US government. but they got creedy and turned against them. However, when they do arrest him he wont go to Guantanomo Bay because they are about to shut it down.

If he is indeed the guilty party, I think he should rot in one of the the worse prisons in the US (THE FARM in Angola, Louisiana or PARCHMAN in Mississippi).
BUT...not before, we carefully and thoroughly record HIS side/knowledge of the BUSH/BIN LADEN relationship...from beginning to end!

hard to say. i would say he won't be caught, he will have his pieces put in a bag, but we may not want to make a martyr of him. but if he is caught alive, he would be a valuable propaganda tool. it would kill terrorist morale to see him in gitmo.
