SAN DIEGO - San Diego residents got the scare of the lifetime Monday when an escaped murder suspect was found hiding under their home. Miguel Sevilla-Bautista, 25, was on the loose for roughly half an hour before he was recaptured. The suspected member of the MS-13 gang is wanted for murder in California, and word of his escape led many residents to shut their windows and lock their doors. (from Alipac)

Due to various unique historical, legal, etc. criteria, we have a group of people here who have determined that they should qualify for the issuance of "US national non-citizen passports." (The issuance of such passports, and general qualifying criteria are outlined in Dept. of State Foreign Affairs Manuals, Series 7.)

Here where we live in Asia, however, the local United States embassy/consulate refuses to accept the applications (which is form DS-11). They also refuse to give us any paperwork regarding their "opinion" and their "non-action." We are tired of trying to argue with the consular officials. A law student from the USA suggested that we need is to file a writ of mandamus against the Secretary of State in the appropriate court in Washington, D.C.

Our own background research on this subject is actually quite extensive. But how could we find a suitable attorney? We do not live in the USA.

What would this cost? We definitely want to raise the money.

The Senate cut an amendment to actually fund 3.9 billion dollars worth of improvements ALREADY PASSED by Congress but not funded. They left in the 'carrot' to fund the puny fencing required by the Senate Immigration Bill if it passes, assuming the government of Mexico approves the plan when consulted, but removed all funding for already passed provisions.

Do you think they really want border security?

Tamales, burritos, lawn mowers, 38 children, no insurance, no driver's license, hit and run, rape, murder, theft and taking jobs just confound me. Where can I go for a better life where I can get all the benefits illegals get in the US?

So,
Sashie and I are going hand in hand in the park. All of a sudden, an illegal approaches me and states, “I wanna yo woman”. Having loyalty and dedication for Sashie, I state, “Over my dead body”!! The illegal pulls a switchblade. I pull out a gun. The illegal pulls out a cannon. I pull out a missile. Sashie simply states to the illegal, “You want you’re a*s kicked son”. And the illegal flees like a pigeon flying from a fire. THANK GOD FOR SAHSIE!! Watch out illegals, she has eagle eyes.
