The American continent is Wonderful ..... All we are American, the difference this in which we are of the South, others of the center and North ..Why so many borders and differences? We must be united and to leave racism.

You have a point. But I think it is to large of a mountain to climb, and too many people with self serving agendas to get universal buy in. Too bad

Racism isn't good, however racism isn't the issue. We can only take so many poor people. We pay to educate the children of our poor people, but can't and won't pay to educate all of the poor children in the world. Illegal immigration of poor people above the limits we set in our laws are above the number we budget for and drive down the quality of education for our own people.

One illegal immigrant has a small impact, but 12 to 20 million illegal immigrants have a huge impact in the areas where they concentrate.

It would be nice but Mexico and other central and south american countries are run by corrupt governments and are just bad that it won't work till those countries get fixed. Nice idea but not workable at this time.

You should be happy about Bush's plans for the Nafta Plus plan then .... free flow of people, goods and services across the borders ... no more United States ... if he gets his way, that'll happen in 2010 ... of course it won't happen, because we won't let it happen .. but if it did, wouldn't you be happy?
