I am currently on a F-1 student visa status and I would like to know the proper procedures on how to apply for a driver's license, work authorization, and social security number here in New York. I currently have my International Drivers License which expires on March and I am about to start studying in New York.

You need to ask your international student office at your college. They are there to help you.

But you are not allowed to work in the US for your first two years, except on campus. You could lose your visa if you violate that law.
