Elections - November 2007

[Selected]: All categories Politics & Government Elections

Again yeasterday the Clintons went back on statements that they made in 2003 about their support for the war in Iraq. In 2003 Bill Clinton said "I fully support Bush in his decisions to invade Iraq", but just yesterday said to an audience "I have opposed the war in Iraq since the beginning." Obviously, Bill and his wife just lie to please the ears of whomever they are talking to. They have shown this time and again. Will this effect your vote for the Clintons?

How we overthrew a Popularly elected official in 1951 and installed a murderous dictator who ruled for over 25 years.

Why do you think they want to kill us. Are we not doing the same things today? Are we not Right Now using taxpayer dollars repeating this mistake in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan? Didnt the Saudi Arabia courts just sentance a female Gang Rape Victim to 6 months in prison and 200 LASHES for being an adulturess. Shouldnt there citizens hate us?

I mean with all the vote tampering, etc in recent elections, and how it seems that Sen. Paul is by far the rational persons (well, Republicans) pick, he raised more money in 1 day than any other Republican!

How can he lose to a neo-conartist or a socialistic democrat?

Imagine you asked a candidate in a round and about way to acknowledge their leadership?

The question could be so vague about early childhood learning and also soldiers, but surely the only answer you would expect would be: Acknowledgement, soldiers die for it, babies cry for it, here is what I think of the head of our party.

Why then did a candidate pushing himself on issues of social justice, getting two hours sleep each night behave really spiteful, incredibly angry and vindictively spiteful?

Global answers welcome as global citizens, thankfully the member we had is just fine, as a psychologist she knew what acknowledgement meant, perhaps, no one wanted to acknowledge what Prime Minister Elect had done or failed to do, nor hold him accountable?

We are still waiting for treasury to cost his policy or the media deliberately ignore it as unaffordable, why hide it? Surely the government elect is accountable not bullying manipulators?

A little play on words here folks! This one's gotta be a winner, IF the FAA does not restrict the blimp to non populated areas for safety/terrorist concerns! I just found out about the blimp & was wondering...has any other candidate for public office ever tried a promotional blimp before? I think it would sure get attention. What really shocked me was the blimps owner is a Paul supporter & is reducing the cost of the blimp out of gratitude for representative Paul's campaign! Sounds super to me, let me know if this has ever happened before for a candidate in the US of A.

I believe team Clinton is gonna be back in the house. America is ready to get it´s democratic government back. I think it´s very slow to think otherwise. All the republican party has done is screw up the country and put americans through third world circumstances. What do yall think?

If you're not a chrisitan please don't answer. Yes some republicans believe in abortion, gay marriage etc. The majority of democrats support abortion, gay marriage and other terrible things. People say that democrats want to help the poor, but republicans help them too. I believe the fundamental view point of democrats is to give a man a fish. Republicans want to teach the man to fish. Besides that both parties believe they are helping all people poor or rich with whatever economic plan they have. To say one economic plan is better than another is all perspective. If you are a christian abortion, gay marriage and christian religious freedom are not a grey area it is black and white. If any liberal left winged christians don't understand what I'm talking about feel free to email me.

Ok so I am running for the position of judge in this young ameritowne thing in sixth grade. We have to be elected by the people in our grade, and even though I have made it through the primary elections, I don't think I will get the postition and the election and speeches are tomorrow. I was thinking something like this:

Judgemental sounds like it would be a good thing for a judge to be, right? Well it's not. The definition of judgemental is this: judges with own morals and own personal opinions. As your judge, I would not be judgemental. I would give everybody a fair chance and not use my own personal opinions or make assumptions. I have a lot of experience with being a judge, and many others, too. I have been in the postition where somebody has done something to me and I have tried to make it right, I have been in the position where somebody has accused me of something, whether it was true or not, and I have been in the position where I have helped people figure out a problem

How I see it - How do you?
Obama - integrity, honesty, and a fresh start.
Edwards - integrity, unafraid of challenge.
Biden - real experience, though not needed for the position.
