Nope! He's on our chests till Jan. 20 2009.

I hope by then, Ron Paul would've won the elections and come to power to lift this heavy burden from over our chests.

No, there is no provision for that in the constitution. And Congress would have to approve any move by Bush on Iran, just like they did with Iraq. A lot of people seem to forget that!

No. President Bush cannot declare war. He can, however, send troops into Iran without asking anyone's approval.

Not if he declares a state of emergency and the senate and the congress go along...and since Daddy is head of CIA....what are the chances anyone on Capital Hill can oppose him

no. impeachment and conviction happen with the House and Senate. The next presidential election would still be in 2008.
