What presidential candidates think the fairness doctrine should be reinstituted?

And what would happen if it was?

Today my friend told me something really crazy. I'm trying to figure out if he TOTALLY made it up, or it at least has some truth to it.

He said democrats want to pass some thing that would make it so churches would have to preach both sides of an issue? Like if they preached about how evolution isn't true, then they would also have to talk about how it could be true?????

What is this called and who wants to pass it?! If it's even truthful at all...

Why is it that political candidates seem to rely more on Muck-Raking campaign commercials rather than legitimate reasons why I should vote for them? We've all seen the commercials where candidate A didn't fund schools and spent the money on pay raises, or candidate B failed to reduce taxes and spent the money on liquor and cheap hookers. And we all know that candidate A/B totally approved of the message.

Why can't candidates give me good enough reasons to vote for them?

This so-called good hearted man is nothing more than a spoiler. He is exactly what the democratic party needs to win. It matters not what he calls himself, he will only affect the republican party. The more he increases in the polls, the better it is for any opposing candidate.

Do not forget the last idiot ,Nader! I am not in favor of a republican winning any more than I am against a democrat. I simply have ABSOLUTELY NO respect for spoilers. If he stays in the race and he will, look for it to be a sweep throughout the country.

This prop will increase in popularity. The more popular he becomes, the more embedded a democratic candidate is in becoming the next president of the USA.

Many of his supporters will one day cry in disbelief when Hillary wins. At which time, this man will fade like the last one. Where is Nader today? Why did he not run if he really wants to be president? He is spoiler, much like Ron Paul. Hillary chose the right time to run for office.

After what happend with Gore do you believe this election will be fair ?
I'm a little uneasy that my vote will not even count.
I am voting Ron Paul and even though he has excellent stats in the polls its like hes banned by the media.
It seems unfair and Im just wondering will this election be fair.

The media is warping your mind into thinking that only Hillary and Guilliani stand a chance. Folks, the election hasn't HAPPENED yet. The *primaries* are the most important part of this election. Dont be a fool for the media, and just vote for the so-called frontrunners. This being said, have you actually looked at the other candidates??

One more analogy and then I will get to the point.
Our government is like a machine and our politicians are kind of like software. Corporation's then play the roll of spy ware and trojan horses, lobbyist are similar to malware.

Question: What is the point of installing a program into a broken system?
We need to run a virus scan and remove invasive adversary's to the constitution.
Please vote for Ron Paul 2008. It makes no difference what your stances are. Rob Paul is the malware doctor. He is the the tool that virus fear. No spy ware no gimmicks and no attachments.
After things are sorted out, you may elect whomever you want to represent you.

With Hilary in the White House and Pelosi controlling congress, i dont see how America can survive! We must not
let this happen people!
Abortions will skyrocket, aborted/murdered babies will be used for stem cell research.
They will surrender to Al Qaeda and the Taliban by pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan, then they will gut our military and handcuff our soldiers so they cant protect America.
They will leave America a wide open target to terrorists, and when the next 911 happens they will surrender America to the terrorists without a fight.
They will turn America into a welfare state, with their plans for a national healthcare program!
We must keep this from happening at all costs!

Republican rule has led to the highest deficits, policies that have bankrupted whole industries, a crumbling infrastructure, overcrowded prisons, rampant corruption and underfunded education. The rich have gotten richer and we are number one in the weapons of mass destruction department but that is about it.
SO how can anyone with a conscience give a dime to any republican candidate?

Ron Paul is a loser who nobody supports except losers but nobody cares what they think why do people support him anyway he is old stupid and donates money to himself to make himself feel special he is obviously going to lose but people still like him for some reason because they want to smoke pot and they spend their time doing nothing but getting hard off of his speeches even though george bush has even made a better speech than him, and george bush is awful at making speeches i mean when i first heard of ron paul i thought it was a joke because it was so stupid but i guess people actually took his canidacy seriously lol and then on election day he will be like jk guys im not really running and i will be like i told you so so anyway why do you like this idiot in the first place?
