every time i hear about the government trying to take away our rights, through domestic spying or warrantless searches, i really cannot help but to become very, very angry.

i know that the original framers of the constitution never intended for the government to snoop into the private life of any citizen who was not charged with a crime.

yet, very few average people seem to care that these freedoms, which, make no mistake, were earned through blood sacrifice, are being chipped away like a stone sculpture.
why are more people not enraged over this?

With so many people suffering from porn addiction/sex addiction due to abusing porn, I think it is time we seriously think about how we should deal with porn that is prevalent in our society. There is really so much porn out there, whether in DVDs, TV channels, and plenty on Internet at the comfort of fingertips and privacy.
We cannot ignore so many people who are suffering from porn/sex addiction. If we don't do anything, casualties will keep piling up.
What solution do you propose for this porn problem that is causing so much pains in people's lives today?

A young girl in my office has already been called twice this year for jury duty. She complains that she and her spouse are frequently called and she wishes it would stop. I'm in my 30's, and can think of no reason why I would not have been asked to serve yet I never have. How do they decide who to call or not? What makes you eligible?

is it possible to have a common analytical framework, a framework that establishes a common understanding on what is important, that establishes a common baseline and monitoring progress and as a basis for resource allocation. Is this really possible considering the differences in needs of fragile states and developing countries, is it possible to have a one size fits all kind of framework/ approach to tackle development/donor/funding related issues.
