My freind just moved to california and she's 6 months pregnant.She wants to apply for medi-cal but she has to have a california id( she's already applied for one but they said it might take 60 days for her to recieve it!) can she use the id reciept or what other documents can she use for a california id? Plus since she's staying with freinds she doesn't have a rental reciept or utility bills or a job will this cause a problem in her application? With lots of Thanks for your help!!!

keeping my environment neat and orderly, and above all fighting someone just because he happens to live in another country.
