does it hurt for cows when the farmer pulls on their utters or is it really something sexual. if i was a cow i would moo every time someone stroked my utters and i would get teh milk a flowin if ya know what i mean!

I would like to know how to train a horse so it does not spook at traffic, cars driving by, etc. I know how to do basic desensitization, but beyond that I am at a loss. There are many amish families in my area and they drive their horse and buggies down the highway; semi trucks do not even startle the horses, how is this possible? Please explain.

With the millions of dogs and cats that are euthanized every year due to over population, (yes, many of these are pure bred animals with papers) why do people still breed? And better yet why do people continue to buy from breeders when there are millions of pets that need homes? Has no one ever heard of petfinder.com?

I just bought a baby goat from a livestock auction. After I picked it up I noticed that it still has its embilical cord attached. Does anyone have any idea how old this goat might be, and what or how am I supose to feed it? I have had goats before, but never this young.

I have been considering keeping a hissing cockroach as a pet. However, while I was reasearching proper care for them I found a thing online about them being illegal in Florida. I know that Florida has a rather large population of cockroaches, but the madagascar hissing cockroach isn't considered to be house dwelling pest like many other species.

I am not planning on getting a breeding pair, I only want like three males.
Do I have to get a permit for them, or is it just the seller that requires a permit to sell cockroaches to Florida?

If you can give me any information it will be gratefully appreciated.

She is a normally healthy and active 20 year old indoor cat. It is possible that she has a bad UTI.

Is it expected that with the treatment that the vet suggests that she fully recovers or does her age prevent her from a full recovery?
