Depends on what you want. You can buy "Cattle Panels" at the Farm Supply Store. Not sure of the price anymore. They like a 4x6 inch square Heavy Wire. Real good and you can tie them together however big you want. They 20 feet long and I think 4 feet high. We have used them as Temporary pens for full size horses. Just make a Round pen. Not sure what an inexpensive Stall/Shed, maybe some landscaping timbers in the ground and use some "Wafer Board for sides, Tin/Wafer Roof (Tar Paper over Wafer Board Roof).

Atwoods or your local farm supplier near you. thy can be bought at most local feed and supplier dealers so good luck finding it that is were I get all my panels and things for the farm.
