yes they swim. i have 1. they swim pretty fast. and anyway if they drown the water has to b prettty deep cuz there back feet are long and they use them to swim like flippers. will basically im tryin to tell u not to throw it in a lake like the others have suggested. they do swim. i have one. actually had 3.
And they dont smell when u put them in water. if they do ur not doing ur job bathing them.

No! They are to big for the size of their legs. Read the web below, your piggie will love you for it. I've heard of a rehab method of holding them on your hand in water and letting them move like they are swimming as a treatment for some kind of healing process
