Anyone see that video with the 2 and 4 year old toddlers smoking a blunt? A couple teenagers were making them do it. That's pretty bad. American society down another notch..

I say this because people are not very intelligent as to where there taxes go. I mean how do you think the military gets its money from, hmmmm, the average American citizen! I mean even a penny from person, 300,000,000 citizens to be exact, can really give funding. 3 million dollars off a penny from each citizen, 2 pennies, 3 pennies, etc. What about dollars, 2 dollars, 3 dollars. I mean how do you think factories and machinery is built in the United States most of it is pulled from our pockets. I mean how do you think infrastructure and our technology is built in the United States: on our money. The only way a citizen from the United States can say that they dont support the Iraq War is to say that they dont pay state, local, federal taxes! Which is illegal, unless your homeless. And I don't think there is many homeless people in the United States. Most have jobs and earn a living. So whether you like it or not. Every US citizen is a supporter of the war! Its pretty ironic.

ABC is reporting that the U.S. just got fresh leads in the hunt for Bin Laden and is rushing resources into Pakistan to join in the hunt. Should this have been reported? Aren't there some things that the media should voluntarily hold off on reporting, especially when it involves the potential capture of one of America's greatest enemies?

Also, just a side thought, but should this leak be investigated as thoroughly as the Plame leak? Why or why not?

This is NOT anti-troops or anti-America, but I guess it is critical of the U.S. Government... low soldier pay, their tours of duty extended indefinitely - stretched thin and overworked, many times jobs lost when they do get back home, and now horrific Vet's medical care coming to light... check the history lessons, veterans have always got the short end of the stick after putting it all on the line for their country. It's just not right.

Just brainstorming here . .but I think these are on the list:
1. Get America out of Iraq.
2. Bring our brave troops back home out of Iraq and Afghanistan
3. Deal with Iran and North Korea in a diplomatic manner
4. Tell Americans that not only do they have freedom of speech but Freedom of Travel - they will be allowed to travel anywhere in the world they choose, including Cuba if they want to go there.
5. Equalize taxes among middle class and upper-class, i.e., make very rich pay their share of taxes.
6. Cut the red tape that keeps hundreds of thousands of hungry American children from access to government-funded food
7. Cut the trillions of dollars of debt by putting a stop to the war industry and focusing on better economic relations with Asia and Europe.
8. Back federal legislation that requires every bus in this country be equipped with seatbelts
9. Put a $2.00 per gallon cap on gasoline no matter what the world situation.
10. And much, much more. HE'S GOING TO WIN!!
