K O -- A very good question --- when you consider that recently C 4 Showed the Programme "Undercover Mosques" which showed their so called "Religious Leaders" calling for the Beheading and - the Death of the Infidel -- the Non Believer -- The Gay Community -- Additionally the Likes of Abu Hamza ,and Others Standing in the London Streets outside their Mosques --Recruiting Radicals for the purpose of creating Suicide Bombers ---- Frequent calls for an "Islamic State -- with their vile Sharia Law - to be established across Great Britain ---- Being Offended every time we open our Mouths --- the ever present call of "Racism" -- They are Overloading all our Social Systems -- N H S -- Education , Social Security ... and non stop demands for This That and Everything Else the decide they want -----The Indigenous Population are suffering Racism on a 24/7 Basis --- A Desperate Factor in this sorry state of affairs is that we have a Government that is Rotten to the Core and has turned it,s back on the British People ----This will no doubt lead to the Population having to Protect Itself from this Insidious Rapidly Deteriorating Situation in the very near future --- or totally loose our own Country----- Good Luck To You ......

I think the governments plan to scrap the Red Arrows will be the straw that breaks the camels back.
It will show the people what a lot of us have known for some time..THIS GOVERNMENT DON'T GIVE A TOSS ABOUT BRITAIN.
Not about the people...the culture...a thousand years of history.
All little things over the past ten years that been whittled away bit by bit..and now very little left of the GREAT country we once knew.

Come the May elections...they will know where my loyalties lie..
The only way to defeat them is at the ballot box.

No, read your Machiavelli. As long as two-thirds of the country's population is reasonably happy with the way things are going, the remainder will be too weak to take any decisive action, so an uprising is just a pipe-dream.

When people are unable to afford the basic necessities of life as it is quickly being realized, then not only Britain but the whole world will revolt as history repeats itself. The reality is that oil costs are driving the world economies to the brink of a worldwide revolution. Mexico city had this problem very recently as their staples are unaffordable. A hungry man is an angry man, Bob Marley.

The people should be plotting an uprising but with so many people in the pocket of New Labour through direct employment or unemployment it will not happen.

I would like to see us act more like the French, when they have a bee in there bonnet they actually do some thing about it, we just seem to shrug out shoulders and except, all that is through-en at us, the council tax is a good example.
We as individuals except inflationary rises in our salaries, but its OK for our councils to hike up our council tax well over inflation and have done so for the last ten years also agree with **JaNe ** let get a website

the sad thing with the people of Britain today is, we are only interested in our own little life's and not thinking of the country as a whole. yes we need to band together and start speaking out about the way we are being treated, but somehow i cant ever see that happening, but god i wish it would !!!!!

Who is going to revolt against whom? An uprising implies popular action against the State, but there is no unity amongst the people to allow such an uprising.

England is polarised as follows:-

The Upper Class - Aristocracy, Senior Military Officers, Senior Civil Servants, Judges. In short the Establishment, and affiliates thereto (Richard Branson, for example).

The Upper Middle Class. Business people, accountants, barristers, doctors, university lecturers, Civil Servants, Senior Managers.

The Middle Class. Teachers, middle managers, (muddle managers? LOL).

The genuine Working Class - Artisans, shopworkers, security staff, care workers, nurses, railway staff etc.

The Benefits Class. Frequently enjoying a higher income than the genuine working class, they live in subsidised public housing and frequently ensure that the Police are kept busy, ensure adequate employment for bar staff and security officers at Accident and Emergency departments on Friday nights. They often support the employment of drug abuse rehabilitation professionals and keep the Judiciary, Barristers and Solicitors in the style to which they are accustomed by getting legal aid for their crimes. They succeed in keeping a large proportion of our Police in employment and enjoy diverting resources from those in genuine need towards themselves.

A Heirarchy of people of immigrant stock. So far, the Jews, Afro-Carribeans, Asians have been the targets of the Benefits class. Now the scapegoats are Muslims and Eastern European immigrants. The chance that Muslims and Eastern European immigrants are very industrious in actually doing some work is a major driving force for our benefits class to object to these people.

Yes, indeed, lets have an uprising. An uprising of the middle and working classes, along with Jews, Asians, Afro-Carribeans and Eastern European Immigrants agains the chavs of the benefit class who milk all of us who work so that they can keep themselves in drugs, booze and spray paint for their kids. I'm sick of paying for this load of scum, who have the cheek to garner some pride for being, for the most part white, and blame every ill on sectors of society who are not of original English stock. They hang out the tattered flag of patriotism, but their flag is stolen from the rest of us.

No ! We are to polite for that ! We do need to do something to wake the pillocks in power up but as normal we will sit back and politely let them walk all over us.
We only ever stand up for the under dog i.e:WW1 and WW2,but we never see our own failures.
