no, but the government is getting closer to having a prisoner exchange program with indonesia, which means that it is likely that shapelle will one day be able to come back to australia and serve a portion of her sentence out here.

No. they are more than likely to move her to another prison but under the exchange deal if they were to release schapelle it wont be for at least a couple of years

The comments section at the bottom of this page says that there is no evidence that Schapelle is guilty. Please be aware that it was she who entered Indonesia with drugs in her luggage. How they got there is what the comment references, not who was carrying the drugs into the country. The fact that she was in possession of the drugs on entering Indonesia is well proven. The charges against her are nothing to do with how the drugs came to be in her possession, although knowledge of that would have been taken into account at her trial.

apparently, there is a prisoner exchange system with Australia and indonesia, so she may come to Austrlia to serve the rest of her sentence, but she will not be released any time soon.

Comment:
to all those people calling her names, there is NO EVIDENCE to support that she is gulity. You can't say anything because YOU DO NOT KNOW!!!

I don't know what to think....but it's not fair to judge her on no evidence.

just keep that in mind....

They treat people in those Bali jails like animals! Whether or not she is innocent or guilty, I don't think that she deserves to be in there!

I heard she was going to be transferred to a tougher womans only prison in Indonesia because of overcrowding where she is. By the way I reckon her brother is the one who should be inside.

Probably not..... Indonesia prefers to jail Australians for drug offences for 20 years without looking at all the evidence....... yet gives less than 4 years to Terrorist Bomber who kills 102 people.
