Jesus spent time with sinners, politicians, physicians, adulterers, people who did good, and people who did bad. In other words, Jesus spent time with everyone because that's what his ministry was about, people and individual people as well so yes, he would have something to do with conservatives and left wingers as well.

No, there is way too much exclusion and hatred coming from them. Jesus taught about love for everyone and said you should not point out others' sins before dealing with your own. Cons are really bad at that.

Many people view the Bible as conservative. If you view the Bible as conservative, yes. Jesus condemned hypocrisy, homosexuality, liars, thieves, fornicators, divorce (except by reason of adultery), etc. Read your Bible, and you will know what Jesus supported and what he condemned.
