I was on yahoo.com yesterday, and I finally found the article on the front page - at the bottom, and in really small font, surrounded by a couple of other "mini" articles. Is there some reason why its not that public? I haven't seen it on the news at ALL, and they have known about it since last week! Answers?

A recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed

The news networks could focus on other more important stories, like the tragic flooding of the Mexican state of Tabasco, or the mudslide that wiped out an entire town in the state of Chiapas, also in Mexico. Maybe the public would get to know about the dangers of trying to wade through water that is infested with snakes and crocs, not to mention dead bodies. In the light of these tragic events that should appeal to our generous nature, Mr. Simpson's apparently big problem seems pointless and superficial.

How sad because it seems we have conveniently forgotten that Mexico was one of the first to send aid relief during the Katrina crisis.

say about the case and about Stacey Peterson. I think he's right on. He's very well respected and has helped find hundreds of missing persons. What do you think??

You have to click on the link then scroll down a bit - to the right you will see a picture of Stacey Peterson (looks like a mug shot) - the caption under her pic says "john walsch on missing mom stacey peterson"

They're little like craft beads and apparently, if you swallow them, your body metabolizes and turns them into GHB (also known as the date rape drug). You feel euphoria in small amounts but larger amounts causes amnesia and black-outs and potentially, death. It's just a freak thing and the manufacturers didn't intentionally do anything. Ironically, it's made in China. It wasn't intended for small children but apparently a couple of toddlers ate them and showed positive for GHB. Isn't that bizzare?

I find this site to be very fair in reporting, don't you agree?

I also think Anne Enright does owe the McCanns an apology and that her publisher should never have allowed that book on it's press. Do you agree?

From David Icke interview........

Q: Burke's Peerage clearly acknowledges that George W. Bush & John Kerry are distant cousins, both of whom are related to the British royal family. Have you received shape-shifting reports of either of these "oppo-same" presidential candidates? Is the US population screwed either way?

A: David Icke: The Bush family is one of these Illuminati royal bloodlines that go back to ancient times and these are shapeshifters that can take either human or reptilian form. It s all holographic trickery because everything, including the body, is a hologram and not solid as it appears to be. I have had many reports of people seeing father Bush shapeshift. As for Kerry, he is said by Burkes Peerage to be more royal in his bloodline than any American president, so he s of the shapeshifter bloodline, too. Only the bloodline gets into the Skull and Bones Society. Kerry and Bush are both related to the British royal family and Vlad the Impaler (Count Dracula)

What's the deal here? Every day I turn on the news and something else is being recalled from China because it contains unhealthy chemicals or something. Why are we still buying from these people and has anyone taken into considration that this could be a silent attack on the rest of the world? China is a very secretive country that doesn't allow the rest of the world to know too much about it. If it says "made in China" don't buy it!!!

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/pressass/20071108/tuk-school-stripper-shocks-birthday-boy-6323e80_1.html

A schoolboy was given an unexpected surprise for his 16th birthday when a stripper turned up in his drama class.
The stripper - dressed as a policewoman - had been booked by the boy's mother, who had apparently asked for a "gorilla" to mark her son's big day.
The woman even asked the teenager's teacher at Nottingham's Arnold Hill School and Technology College to film the event so the family could see his reaction.
It was only when she asked the schoolboy to rub cream on her that the shocked teacher called a halt to the show.
The boy's mother reportedly told the school the incident was the result of a booking error.

what sort of mum would book this, shuld she be charged???

In a blogger news network exclusive it can be revealed the National enquirer and A&E net work may be the apparent targets of an alleged financial and contractual Hoax. Concocted by Duane Dog the bounty hunter Chapman himself.

Insiders claim the alleged motive is an attempt to avoid contractual obligations with A&E network and defraud the National enquirer out of money by staging the entire infamous tape recorded racial tirade.

Reliable sources at A&E speaking off the record report Duane Chapman’s particular reference to the National enquirer in the tape itself set off red flags for those investigating the controversy.

“Very peculiar that someone in the middle of some very serious issues related to contractual obligations with the network becomes the center of a firestorm that requires the network to show him the door” remarked the insider who was not at liberty to give specifics pending further investigation.

“The Kara is a very important Sikh symbol and a constant reminder to me to do good..."

Erm, you shouldn't need to wear something to know that you should do good!

I believe that it is now time to ban all religious clothing/jewellery from schools. People should not be allowed to use taxpayers' money to fight decisions like this.

The word "uniform" comes from the Latin word "uniformis", meaning "having ONE form".

This should not be compromised for the sake of superstitious belief.

For fairness, either you BAN everything, or you ALLOW everything.

As the latter is unworkable - you can't have Satanists wearing daggers - the only viable option is to ban all religious clothing and jewellery, otherwise you are not treating every pupil equally and fairly.

Thoughts?

I am a teacher in an English secondary school.

Last month in the teachers' staff room I stated my opinion that women are, on average, of lower intelligence than men.

I have now been suspended, pending further investigation.

I've never had any complaints about my teaching and have never been accused of treating male and female students differently.

Can you now not say anything, or be honest about your opinions, in case you offend someone?
