Ah those two programs on Comedy Central... I rarely watch either program. I have no real idea why the Daily Show is supposed to be funny. But the Colbert report CAN be amusing, because Colbert really pushes a parody of an ultra-conservative male American.

I think the funniest part is they interview major authors and politicians and have fun with it.
People like Alan Greenspan, Hillary Clinton, and Al Gore.

Politics can be a serious dark world, humor like this is much needed.

Because in a world where there is hardly any humor, these guys try to bring a little bit of laughter....sometimes it is stupid and sometimes it is rather amusing.

John Stewart is funny.Colbert is a bit of a flake.
