And don't think you're off the hook, voters, you're the ones who made this bed. Now you're the ones who are going to have to move over so a gay couple can sleep in it. Tomorrow you're all going to wake up in a brave new world, a world where the Constitution gets trampled by an army of terrorist clones, created in a stem-cell research lab run by homosexual doctors who sterilize their instruments over burning American flags. Where tax-and-spend Democrats take all your hard-earned money and use it to buy electric cars for National Public Radio, and teach evolution to illegal immigrants. Oh, and everybody's high! You know what, I've had it! You people don't deserve a Republican majority. I quit." --Stephen Colbert

I wonder if there is bias here, or if there is some other reason for this imbalance.

Surely this would stop the money available for the war Lords to use for the purchase of arms. It would also take so much heroin off the streets.

I just asked a question( What is your favourite film of all time?) It didn't get published at all although it's in 'my q&a' and I got docked 5 points. Has this happened to other people and do you know why? And how do you contact Yahoo to ask?

As an Iraqi (ethnic Assyrian) i find it puzzling and extremely annoying when some(not all) british muslims, ie Bangladeshi & Pakistanis feel they have the right to pontificate about iraq. They use it as an excuse to project their dislike of britain, its people and culture. Iraq has nothing to do with Asian muslims, there is no connection in race, language, history, culture, geography and appearance. They are not our "brothers" so whats their excuse? And dont mention islam, if that were the case they'd all be off to Darfur to protect the black muslims being slaughtered in their millions! Also, iraq under Saddam was secular, and not an islamic state. As an iraqi id like to tell them to sod off, the sons of dogs!

I read about a guy who lit a firework rocket and stuck it up his bottom as a joke - needless to say he got horribly injured.

Can anyone tell me about an even bigger idiot in the news - I could do with a laugh.

I left my Journalism class sometime last year mainly because I felt like the newspaper wasn't for me. Well, I have returned as a Copy Editor this Monday and all that I can say is...wow! The paper is literally dying. We only have three Editors (and they don't even do their job), we do not have a lot of staff, and...bah. It is just horrible. I returned because it would look good on my transcripts that I worked for the school's newspaper, but the paper is dying! Is there a way for me to take over and bring life to this paper?

Did I mention that the writing is horrible and the layout is just....tacky. We do not have a lot of money either.

Why, in your opinion, does Isreal's violence against Palestine get overlooked while those of others are blantantly condemned?

Isn't this hypocritical? Does this create more tension and violence in the world?

The Arabs have fired 100 missiles at southern Israel this month, and 1000 since the beginning of 2006. Their intention is to kill Israeli civilians. When Israel fires at Gaza, their intention is to kill those who are launching the missiles, and to leave innocent civilians unharmed.

So the question remains, why do the Arabs have a gripe if the party at whose citizens they are launching missiles fires back?

P.C. started as a good idea that has gone way beyond mad now.

If people just respected others there would be no need for it anyway.

In light of Turkeys continual refusal to admit the genocide of up to 1 million Armenians before and during WW1, and the recent discovery of mass graves of Assyrians from the equally unacknowledged Assyrian genocide of 1914-15, should a country like Turkey be admitted to the European Union? Not to mention Turkeys continual persecution of Kurds, Assyrians, Armenians and Georgians in the east of Turkey, and its illegal occupation of North Cyprus?
