Hey - my internet has been intermitent for 5 whole months now (it goes on for 3 hours, will die for 6 hours, work for 20 mins, go out for 2 hours, etc...).
I have 12 (yes, 12!!) techs out to my house, including the main tech guy for the St. Louis area - and my stuff is still broken! It's so ridiculous. I have the # to the main Charter guy here in St. Louis, but now he's not calling me back.
If anyone knows the number and/or the mailing address to Charter Cable's main head quarters, please let me know! I really, really want to file a complaint.
Hurry and respond....before my internet dies....
