Sears help me load Grill onto Truck which fell and got damge. grill was nit sercure Sears helper advise you will be ok. Now Sears do not won't refund monet not replace Grill that is unuse able.

Somehow it seems to me that if you went to Sears to pick up a large product and transport it home, that the vehicle operator would make sure that the items is properly secured. It may be open for argument between the two of you as to 'how' secure it was, and whether it was just as secure at 40 mph and hard turns, as it would be at 30 mph and softer turns. Much may depend on how the item fell and what it would take to make something that size and shape fall and get damaged. I don't know. Something you need to factor into the equation before going to Sears though, I would think.
