What do I need to watch for when selling a house to one of these quick cash buyers?

Getting too little for your house. These guys assume that there are major problems, so they are going to give you a lowball price. Often, they are going to go in and do a major rehab or knock the house down and start over.

Don't tell them too much about the history of the house. Act dumb and say nothing. Thats what they have buiding inspectors for.
