Unfortunately, in order to get into real estate (at least an agent/broker), you will need to pay for your classes, advertisement, licenses, join the Board of Real Estate Agents, buy your passkey, etc. The best thing to do would be join one of the major companies (Prudental, Gundaker, etc.) and they will help you get started. It will still cost approximately $3,000 or more, but you will already be affiliated with a reputable company and, in some cases, you may be able to get a "scholarship".
