I am not completely sure. But if it were me I would probably start off by calling an actual tattoo place one that does real tattoos just call around to the different places and one of them should and may be able to tell you. I would think that one of them being that they deal in that general topic would and should know. I wish you luck with it and if you get a Henna tatt I hope you like it and if you decide to get a permanent tattoo I hope you like it as well.

You could try going to Six Flags St. Louis.
I know they have them there but I'm not sure how much it costs. A friend of mine got one done there and it looks great.
