I am starting my own little home and small business cleaning service to make extra cash while in school. I'm not sure how to price. Does anyone have any insight? Also should I supply all cleaning supplies or does the customer or is it depending upon the job? Any help to get me on my way is appreciated.

I recently ordered a tankless hot water heater (Rennai R35i PLUS). When I picked it up I was informed that I also needed an installation kit that cost half as much as the unit. In my opinion, any required accessory that costs more than 10 percent of any original item should come with the original item and the cost adjusted accordingly. This is a almost a "bait and switch". I might have decided on a different manufacturer if I had known I was going to get hit with a 50% price increase. What does this kit actually do?

So i went over a tree stump, i know you aren't supposed to, don't tell me, but it was really short, like less than an inch and it was the first time i had the wheels lower to the ground. Anyway, i hit it and the thing shut off, the cord won't pull out, well, it does a little bit and its hard to pull, doesn't come all the way out, i tipped it over and the blade is real hard to turn, nothing is stuck in the bottom. What is wrong with it and how can i fix it? i don't wanna have to buy a new one, it is possible to fix it at home so i won't have to take it somewhere? what parts am i gonna need?

I was thinking of putting a little bit of caulking on the suction cups, but will I easily be able to remove that later on? Any tips from anyone please?

I've heard it is a good idea to take off limbs (suckers?) of tomatoes for better production. Is that true and if so would it also benefit my bell pepper plants as they have also become quite bushy.

we had a problem with algae in our pool when we opened it this year, which led to a cloudy pool when we cleared it up. I was told to put something in it that drops all the particles to the bottom so you can vacuum them, but everytime I try and vacuum it just stirs everything up! Our pool has not gotten any cleaner and the vacuuming just doesn't seem to help. any tips or ideas?

Can anyone recommed a site or have tips for care of this plant? It's currently in a large pot. It didn't come with instructions. Don't know how to feed or water. Should it be repotted? Indoor or ourdoors? Help... received this as a token of sympathy when my son passed away. Would really love to keep it. Thanks

I just replaced my Tecumseh starter on my 1993 Craftsman lawnmower. 12hp. The starter spins when I hook a jumper pack to it but not through the battery. I assume the battery is dead. However shouldn't I be able to start the mower by jumping the starter? When I jump it the starter doesn't hit the fly wheel. Why? What can I do to fix it? Could it be my jumper pack is just not strong enough? Its 12v 6amp. Please tell me this is a simple inexpensive fix. thanks

We bought our house two and a half years ago. They had checked and emptied it before we moved in. I have heard anywhere from every 2 years to 5 years. Does it matter how many people live in a house and use the fixtures on how long till it needs to be checked?

If you put a sewer camera into a pipe on your property which comes from uphill, can you find out that way who is connected to it, even if you have no access to an inlet from their property and no cooperation from them in a dye test, because they want to deny they are connected there? Are sewer camera companies willing to go to court to testify if that is needed to stop a problem?

Are annuals only last for a year, then the whole plant dies, or is it only the flower that dies? I'm going to plant annuals in my garden but I'm not sure if the entire plant will last for a year and then I have to plant again.
