i am going to remove socket and back box thats not required . i will put a 30a junction box in its place tape up and plaster flush would this practice be ok?

No, this is illegal. All junctions (boxes) must have access to them. If a fire should start and they find that this was the cause, your insurance will not cover it. I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but trace the wire up or down the wall (attic or basement) and pull it out and put a junction box up or down there. If it is an external wall, you could rotate the box and put a weatherproof cover on it toward the outside. (P.S. I have put junction boxes in the wall before--easier but I suppose it could be dangerous too)

Instead of taping and spackling, just buy a blank cover for the box. I don't think you should enclose a junction box in a wall where it isnot accesible.

fit 30a connector blocks to the ends off the wires leave the back box and fit a blank plate over it
