trimmed down. The person whom we bought our home from planted several small fruit trees in the yard .4 being in my FRONT YARD! I hate fruit trees in my front yard so I had 3 removed and the one left is a peach tree it is about 7 ft tall and about 5 ft wide the trunk is about 5 to 6 inches in circumfrance, it put fruit on last year.I fought with apricot and apple trees all last year and I really hate the thought of fruit dropping in my front yard to a point that flies, nats and wasp gather to eat and fruit begins to rot and has that awefull smell.
So my question is..if I keep the tree trimmed to the hight I want it and keep the limbs trimmed to the width I want them will the tree continue to produce ok? I want to be able to harvest off it quickly like I did last year.
But I still want the shade of the tree.

I taped it up with duct tape two years ago to fix and changed the tape last year. It is very green on top, but when I took the tape off the crack is still there. It is like an arm hanging down (ie the crack goes upwards). I could re-tape it, but is there something better or I am just putting off a long agonizing death for it?

I have mold/mildew issues in my home (I'm currently working on air circulation and moisture remedies) and have had several pairs of shoes "infested." I have read that I can possibly get rid of the fungi by closing the shoes in an airtight container with paradichlorobenzene-paraformaldehyde crystals. Anyone know where can I buy them, maybe online?

if not for other shopping, then I use them to bag smelly waste like potato peelings. Not everybody can make a compost heep, so what am I supposed to do with stinky rubbish, if there aren't going to be any plastic bags anymore?
Will I be able to buy plastic sandwich bags, bin liners and black bin bags still?

I recently recieved a bloodgood red japanese maple tree for mothers day this month. After planting it, I realized I didnt put it in that great of a place. I was wondering, it is now exactly one week after I planted it, is it too late to dig it up and move it to a different location in my yard? If I will be able too, what precautions should I take? Thanks.

This Acer was damaged by frost and is only now trying to grow some shoots. Should I leave taking the frost damage off until later or could I take off the damaged ends now?
