We have moved recently and those three pieces of wood that holds the mattress up are missing. Where should I go to find/order them??

The slats can be replaced with a comparable size wood from any lumber yard. Just measure the length needed and take the dimensions to Home Depot or Lowes or anyplace that sells wood. They are usually around 3" inches (nominally) wide x 1/2 or 3/4" thick - you'll probably know it when you see it. Pick out some nice flat sturdy wood stock and have someone there cut them to length for you.
