Water grass is the only name I know it by, I live in Missouri and it is VERY prolific here. How do you get rid of this stuff? I have tried weed killer and reseeding, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? And, what the heck is the real name for this stuff?!

I am living in a country as a permanent resident which only citizens are allowed subsidised housing. I have to rent a flat at market rate. This flat as advertised is rented from the government is not allowed to sublet and is against the law too.The owners are old couple living with their children. I went to view the flat and many people from Thailand/India also keen. But the owner's daughter offers to me because I look like the locals and wants to avoid suspicion from the neighbours. The flat is $650 per month with bedroom/hall/bathroom, washing machine, water heater, aircondition and fully furnished. I told the lady I can't afford and I asked for $500 and she agreed. Earlier the real estate agent told me this flat has no contract or paperwork because it is a government's flat and she only can issue me a receipt. I wonder if this is the right way. Should I accept the flat? Tomorrow I have to pay the deposit, can someone tell me what I should do? This is too good to believe.

I have a live oak tree that is really 4 live oaks that fused together many mnay years ago. One section/tree has fallen and has been removed by a tree crew. I'm looking for a patch, paint or seal that I can treat the exposed area and will allow the area to heal. The other three sections of this tree are strong and healthy. I don't want desease or bugs to cause me to lose the other parts of the beautiful tree.

I am moving soon. I don't know if I should move into a hand-built or a put-together. I think hand-built because it is bigger and I want a large house. I want one in Chino, California or Santa Monica, California. Everything and everyone will come with me. The kids are happy to be moving. I will get a new job there. But I will still breed my dogs and spay/neuter the old ones.
