I do not know what kind of application you plan to use it for. I am assuming you need something that can get wet. Silicon caulking works well. Super glue. Or if you need a lot of strength 5 Minuit epoxy works well. Also J.B. Weld is a good product,

The best glue to use is the water proof kind they sell for boats which you can get at any boat supply store or where they sell boats

Gorilla glue is good for outdoor use, it is enviromentally friendly and waterproof.
