I have a large trunk I would like to stow under my bed for lack of room, the bed set is rather old and the headboard has wide rectangular "legs". All I've been able to find is circular bed raisers. What can I use, other than stacks of books?

My 15 year old daughter is obsessed with Paris and for her sweet 16 I'd like to throw her a French themed party. I thought about fondues, sparkling cider in place of wine, and Eiffel tower accents any other ideas?

I have an area 20ft X 20ft, I'm planning to use pavers. Question: How do you adjust the pavers for complete water travel to a certain direction. I want the pavers to look level, so which I can also enjoy the area for entertainment purposes.

I bought a townhome that has a 2 1/2 foot drop off my patio. I can't afford to put a deck in yet, but would like to install some temporary stairs. I moved 200 miles away from friends and family for a job, so need to be able to do it myself. I've done other smalled wood projects on my own and would prefer not to have to hire someone. Any ideas or tips?

I just graduated from college and I'm moving back home. It's about an hour and a half away and I'm looking for an inexpensive way to move all my stuff. Moving trucks are like $129.00 plus gas and mileage. I'm a new grad and broke as a joke, anyone have any tips for making the move less expensive?

Ever since a guy came out to fix my hot water heater, I have grimy black stuff coming out of the tub faucet, but it seems only with the hot water. What could this possibly be? The guy was here months ago, and it has not gone away, should I let the water run til it is gone? It has diminished a bit, it seems almost like something is burned., like maybe plastic.

this is a true story. In 1933, a girl died. a Guy buried her when she was still alive. The murderer chanted "Toma Sota Balcu" as he buried her. Now that you've read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night, she will appear on your ceiling. if you do not post this on your profile..she will suffocate you just like she was suffocated. but if you do post this, she won't even bother to show up. Your kindness shall be rewarded. by the way...does this scare you?
