Is there way to survey property without hiring surveyers $350 or more.

Most fencing companies will insist on a land survey before they erect a fence. They do not want to be responsible if they put the fence on the neighbors property. Go ahead and hire a surveyor if there are no brass pins marking the corners of your property.
Various zoning and subdivision regulations may very well regulate fencing in your neighborhood. Check with your local planning and zoning office for the regulations.

First of all if you are a home owner you will have a survey in your paper work. Otherwise go down to the county assessor's and speak to someone there. If there are any papers there they should give you a copy for free. If you rent tell landlord to give you the measurements.
