OK girls, do your thang. I only know that "it" bleeds. I want to know more but i dont want to ask my mom. So im askin complete strangers on the web. Its easier beleive me. So, what is it, why does it happen, and whats the purpose???

When I worked in an office with women, pretty soon we were all on the same period schedule. What actually CAUSES that? Is it lunar? Psychological? Also, I've seen two men get very strong "sympathy pregnancy" symptoms (Couvade Syndrome" - but nothing I read really explains WHY. WHY on earth and how do these things happen?? Is it psychological? Is it hormonal? Thanks!

Ok so recently i've noticed my discharge looking abnormal.. It's yellow and thick. I also itch quite badly too. I've reseached this on the internet, and it said it was most probably a yeast infection. I'd like to hear from somebody with the same problem who can tell me how to treat it. How do you know whether you are on the memopause?
Over the last 4 years i have only had a couple of periods, very light and only lasting a couple of days. I was never that heavy anyway. Have been sterlised over the last few years (periods were decreasing then anyway) and am a few stone overweight, don't know if any of these things affect it.
Doctor never mentions it when i have been for a smear, and for the first time ever my smear was abnormal this time and due to go for another one this/next month.
i am over 40.

i started dating this girl and just getting to know, but she told me she has a zyst or cyst however you spell it in the ovaries. And I dont know anything about that. what is it? what causes that? she told me it was caused by her birth control pills.
