You just haven't taught him how to do it right. Guys usually make the follow mistakes...
a) do what they see in porns
b) have dirty hands, something could be irritating the skin
c) rub a clitoris when it and the fingers are all dry, FRICTION
d) lift up the hood and touch it directly OUCH!
e) treat it like a punching bag, slapping, flicking, etc - can be good once in a while, but usually is painful
f) do NOT warm the girl up first. Males, you touch the penis first thing, they are aroused, females, you touch the clitoris first thing, no response usually. You need to be turned on BEFORE "heavy petting" for maximun results.
So teach him how to do it right, tie him to the bed, sitting up so he can see you, use LOTS of foreplay - kissing, rubbing, touching, you know the drill, THEN lay back and let him watch you make yourself orgasm. Most guys are fairly visual, once he seems how to do it right, he'll likely get it right next time.

You probably just have a very sensitive clitoris. Try having him use an indirect touch, like rubbing to the side, instead of directly on it.

Too sensitive. Have your bf lightly touch it with the tip of his tongue, or very lightly suck on it with his mouth, not moving his lips and tongue much. You will like it.
