Try about 30ml of hydrogen peroxide (vaginally) at bedtime for 7 days. It will also be helpful for you to take an acidophilus supplement. Do a search on natural remedies for bv and you will find a wealth of information. It is really hard to regain a natural balance I have come to find out. Don't ignore it because it will make it harder to get rid of. Good luck!

Metro-gel doesn't seem to work. It doesn't cure the underlying problem. The underlying problem is an imbalance of bacteria, not just an overgrowth of a certain type of bacteria. Metro-gel wipes out all bacteria - good and bad - leaving you septable to recurrence

Some people have success with a hydrogen peroxide wash. I'd suggest eating yogurt. The bacteria in yogurt can help you to maintain the proper healthy bacteria in your own body so that you don't have recurrent cases of bv.
