Only you know if you are healthy. According to the bmi (body mass index) you at the highest level so should probably consider losing a bit of weight. Start getting some exercise even if it's a daily walk, cut back on your white breads, fried foods & sugars and you should start seeing a difference.
If you can join a gym, then any cardio exercise will help you lose some of those extra pounds.

Whoa Whoa Whoa. Who says you'll be able to desire to shed some pounds? considering the fact which you're genuinely below the burden selection for somebody this is 5'10. in case you have some better fat which you relatively decide to eliminate, say on your abdomen or something. carry out a little sit down ups. and tone it up. you do no longer might desire to shed some pounds or you would be TOO skinny. And with getting wholesome, in basic terms stay faraway from speedy food, and consume extra organic meals as a exchange of meals coated in butter and grease. stay faraway from fried meals. as a exchange of eating crispy hen, consume grilled. There particularly isn't lots to it considering the fact which you're actually not over weight, so which you do no longer could genuinely food plan. in basic terms superb suited some components while it includes what meals you consume.

Google BMI chart, and type in your height and weight. It will tell you if you fall into one of three categories: underweight, normal and overweight. This is the chart the doctor uses when you go for your yearly check-up.
If you decide you need to lose weight, do it the healthy way. There are simple thing you can do that will help the process along:
1. Excercise! You have to. Join a gym, go for long walks, anything. Ease into a program slowly that fits into your lifestyle.
2. Kick the soda and other refined sugars to the curb. It's a known fact that one soda a day will equal 15 pounds gained in a year on one person. Drink plenty of water. If you need flavor in your drinks, go with flavored vitamin waters. They're very tasty!
3. Eat smaller portions. Most people thing that a large plate's worth of food is normal. It's not unless you're looking to bulk up. A salad plate's worth of food is a good-sized meal.
4. Watch your calories. Google "calorie calculator" and you will find web sites that will tell you how many calories you need a day to lose a healthy 1-2 pounds.
5. Snack on fruits, veggies and 100-calorie packs. You should eat every four hours to keep your metabolism up.
Other than that, just stay healthy!
Good luck hun :)

have you talked to a health care profesional? are you comfortable with yourself at this weight?
you see, i'm 5'8", 185#. i get mad at self sometimes because those fave jeans just dont fit right, ussually during that "time". but over all im pretty ok with me as i am. im not huge but im not a toothpick either!
i do go for walks(about 3 mi a wk), do yoga @ home about 2-3x a wk. i eat rather healthy, love my veggies. but im also a woman who gave birth and 35yrs old.
i think you should take these things to heart before you worry too much about how much to lose!
just remember to always keep self happy and those around will be happy!

I think being healthy is something you feel within. Can you walk up a flight of stairs without pausing? Can you do a flight of stairs and then have a conversation without feeling out of breath?
Do you feel comfortable showing skin in public? Then if not it could just be your self conscious. But if you are concerned about your weight......stand in front of a mirror with your "bathing suit" on. Pinch your thighs, belly, sides, and arms. What you pinch is what you can lose or tone up.
I am 5.5 and I weigh 132lbs. But I am under weight for my height. I should weigh about 140. But you know what.... I feel comfortable with my body. I am against losing weight but I will not shun gaining. I am just not putting a lot of emphasis on it.
I think it is how you feel about yourself. Do not let others influence how you feel about yourself, especially a knuckle headed guy.
Love the skin and body you are in. You will have more fun in life when you accept yourself.
