If you really want to break your hymen, you could basically use anything that you could safely insert in your vagina. I would recommend a dildo though, because it is designed to be in the vagina. Whatever you use, make sure it is clean, and put a condom on it just to be on the safe side.

ask a doctor, sometimes they will do it for you. Some people have to get it done. Also, i know a lot of gymnasts break their hymen during practices, maybe try tumbling or a balance beam.

Not everyone bleeds. I didn't the first time I had sex. (My wedding night.) Besides, I've heard that if someone does bleed, it usually isn't alot.

Well I am a gymnast and I broke mine by tumbling and do splints and stuff like that! Whenever you put pressure on that spot it will cause it to stretch and eventually "break".
