I got my period and I dont know how to change my pad during the day at school without like everyone knowing.. Any suggestions?!?! im not carrying a purse....

Wear jeans, get some thin pads and stick them in your back pockets. If you need several throughthe day you can wear a long shirt a stuff a couple in each pocket. OR just go between classes if you can.. that way you can just stick some in your bookbag. All else fails... start carring a small purse.

You should be able to put a pad in your pants pocket or keep one in your locker and then take it out between classes and change it is the bathroom. Everyone gets their period and is stuck changing either their pad or tampon at school so it should not be such a big deal.

if your alowd carry a backpack keep some in there and were you need to change it do it during lunch and before or after you get your food take it out of your back pack and put it in your pocket get up and go to the bathroom

i should think every school has pads,what u can do go to a female teacher get a pad squeeze it in the palm of ur hand and go to the ladies room and do ur thing

take some and put them in you locker that way you will have some there when you need a change because you go to your locker alot during the day so you will be good to go!!!!!

pretty much follow those people, or you can wear a thicker one during the school day and then change it when you get home.
