I can orgasm fine on the 'outside' but never have on the 'inside'? How do i know what to expect? and is it a different feeling from an outside orgasm? It feels great but theres no 'buildup' like there is when i orgasm on the outside and never felt 'release'....

I really have no idea what you're talking about, but my assumption is, like the other answers, that you're talking about orgasm from clitoral stimulation verses vaginal alone. If you know what an orgasm feels like, it feels the same no matter what stimulus nor where its applied to create the orgasm. Now, the vast majority of women will never orgasm from vaginal stimulation alone, its not sensitive enough, however, it can build you up and make you all happy and feeling good but don't expect an orgasm.
Orgasms from any stiumulation, anal, clitoral, vaginal, nipple or otherwise, all involves the same set of muscles and the same bodily reactions. They can vary in intensity (like any one orgasm from another), duration and times preformed (multiple vs single).
If you're talking about something else, you'll have to repost with proper and direct terminology.
Multiple stimulation sites will produce the best results, also, your imagery/fantasy plays an equal role as well. If you're thinking about cooking supper and walking the dog, it doesn't matter what is being touched.

my girlfriend says there is a difference from when i make her orgasm by her clitoris and when we have sex. Sometimes i try doing both at the same time. Not really sure which she prefers more, she seems to like both, but she says the two do feel different. Try contracting your pelvic muscles a bit during "inside" stuff and see what happens...does wonders for me...

When a woman is comfortable and is having a good time, an orgasm is easy to have. It also depends on your partner, if they are not stimulating you in the way that you need, let them know or you'll never really enjoy yourself and believe me it is one of the greatest experiences you can have and it only gets better as you get older!

Many women only have orgasm by clitoral stimulation.
What you mean by inside is a g-spot orgasm which is much more intense and takes a little more work.

DETAILS DETAILS
I'm assuming when you say outside you are talking about clitoral stimulation
well now most gals get off more from clitoral stimulation versus the "inside" of their cun-t
the clitoris is sensitive and full of nerve endings
an orgasm is an orgasm i would not think there would be a difference to be had
